Vic Fournier and his son Ulric created ICor Drilling Services Inc, an independent Canadian owned drilling services provider based out of Penobsquis, New Brunswick in 2021.

Vic Fournier (CEO) – Vic has been in the drilling industry for over 6 decades, with the start of his career being in Northern Quebec, Canada and then making the move to the eastern provinces.
He's a true pioneer in the modern diamond drilling era. Inventor of the Wireless Overshot – a novel approach to core recovery that is much faster and efficient than wireline drilling – Used in underground theatres.
Ulric Fournier (President) – Started as a drill helper with Vic and brings over 4 decades of experience in dewatering, grouting, patented drill designs and manufacturing.
